Shipping Orders

Shipping

Orders are shipped via UPS within 24 - 48 hours of order placement to within the 48 Continental United States during weekdays.  Weekend orders will be filled on Monday.

Returns and Defective Policies

Returns

All products eligible for return will be limited to products actually purchased.

  • All requests for return must be supported by original purchase order number.
  • All return authorizations must be requested within 90 days of shipment.
  • All returns must have prior authorization (RA#) to ensure proper tracking and crediting of the return.
  • All returns must be repacked in original package.
  • No return will be credited prior to receipt and processing of the authorized return at the designated return center.
  • Upon receipt and processing of the authorized return, a credit less 20% (restock fee) will be issued for the returned item(s) original invoice cost. 
  • Return shipping is the customers expense.

Return Authorization Requet Procedure (RA)

All returns must be requested by customer via email - return@thecookinkitchen.com. The email should provide the PO# of the original order, the customer's full name and a reason for the return.  The Return Authorization number (RA#) will be assigined within 2 business days of the request.

Defective Return Shipments

Email us at return@thecookingkitchen.com for RA# and instructions as to where the product should be returned.

IMPORTANT!

  • RA# issued must be visible on the exterior of the box in order to insure credit is properly issued.
  • Product must be returned in its entirety (no missing parts) to receive full credit for original invoice price.

Good Stock return

Unless otherwise designated, all authorized "GOOD STOCK" (non-defective products that are unused and complete in original packaging) returns should request an RA# from return@thecookingkitchen.com .

 

Reasons for returns

Dissatisfaction/Defect/Damage:

If you are not pleased with the product for any reason, - there is a defect in the product, - the product has been damaged, - the product may be returned for  credit, provided, however, the product is returned within ninety (90) days following the date of the original purchase.  The cost of all return freight, handlilng and related charges is to be borne by the customer, unless refused at the time of delivery.  Please inspect items immediately before signing for delivery or relocating, filing of package damage claims with the shipper are the responsibility of the consumer. Shortages must be reported within 5 days of delivery. 

RETURN CREDIT

Upon receipt and processing of approved return, a return credit to customer will be issued for the cost of the item minus 20% (restock fee).  Customers will be notified credit has been issued via email.

Error in Shipping:

If the product delivered to the consumer is not the product as ordered, the unused product may be returned for full credit or exchange for the product originally ordered, provided, however, the porduct shipped in error is returned within thirty (30) days following the receipt of such product. The cost of original outbound freight and all return freight will be borne by us.  Return instructions for a pre-paid UPS return will be emailed.

Return credit

Upon receipt and processing of approved return, a return credit to customer for the cost of the item less 20% (restocking fee). Customer will be notified by email.

Product Recall:

If the manufacturer recalls a product sold, we will assist in the implementation of the recall according to the terms as stipulated by the recalling manufacturer.

RETURN PROCESS - Manufacturer will dictate.

RETURN CREDIT - Manufacturer will dictate manner, amount and timing of credit, as applicable.

REPLACEMENT ORDERS - Manufacturer will dictate all replacement order procedures, as applicable.
