Dissatisfaction/Defect/Damage:
If you are not pleased with the product for any reason, - there is a defect in the product, - the product has been damaged, - the product may be returned for credit, provided, however, the product is returned within ninety (90) days following the date of the original purchase. The cost of all return freight, handlilng and related charges is to be borne by the customer, unless refused at the time of delivery. Please inspect items immediately before signing for delivery or relocating, filing of package damage claims with the shipper are the responsibility of the consumer. Shortages must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
RETURN CREDIT
Upon receipt and processing of approved return, a return credit to customer will be issued for the cost of the item minus 20% (restock fee). Customers will be notified credit has been issued via email.
Error in Shipping:
If the product delivered to the consumer is not the product as ordered, the unused product may be returned for full credit or exchange for the product originally ordered, provided, however, the porduct shipped in error is returned within thirty (30) days following the receipt of such product. The cost of original outbound freight and all return freight will be borne by us. Return instructions for a pre-paid UPS return will be emailed.

Product Recall:
If the manufacturer recalls a product sold, we will assist in the implementation of the recall according to the terms as stipulated by the recalling manufacturer.
RETURN PROCESS - Manufacturer will dictate.
RETURN CREDIT - Manufacturer will dictate manner, amount and timing of credit, as applicable.
REPLACEMENT ORDERS - Manufacturer will dictate all replacement order procedures, as applicable.
